Based on the Sicilian style of gelato, we use only NZ fresh milk and fresh cream, natural flavours and colours.

Our gelato is low in fat and most do not contain any of the following: eggs; egg protein; gelatine; added vegetable or animal fats; preservatives; artificial sweeteners; and the majority of our flavours are also Gluten Free. Please ask instore for the flavours that contain Gluten.

We take pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients such as Pistachio, Almond and Hazelnut paste directly from the processing factory in Italy. We combine this with the best of New Zealand seasonal fresh and frozen fruits in our gelato and sorbetto.
